I can't access my premium features

If you've purchased a subscription but premium features aren't appearing in the app, the first step is to use the Restore Purchase option available in your Profile settings. This allows BetterSpeak to verify and reconnect any active subscriptions associated with your Apple ID or Google account.

You'll also want to confirm that you're signed in with the same account used to purchase the subscription. Premium access cannot be restored if you're logged into a different account. Additionally, make sure your subscription is still active and has not expired.

If you've completed these steps and the issue continues, please contact support and include your User ID so the team can investigate further.
