Your User ID is a unique identifier associated with your BetterSpeak account. It helps the support team quickly locate your account information when troubleshooting technical or subscription-related issues.
To find your User ID, open the app, navigate to your Profile, and then open Settings. From there, you'll be able to view and copy your User ID. We recommend keeping it available whenever you're contacting support, as it can help speed up the resolution process.
